Venue hire

Are you a part of a not-for-profit group, club or organisation that needs a space in Ipswich?

We’re delighted to be able to offer free room hire to members of our community for meetings, small workshops and training. These spaces are limited and first come, first serve so get in touch to see how we’re able to support you.

Community Venue Hire

We offer four free half-day room bookings per quarter with limited times available. The free room hire becomes available on, or the next working day after:

  • 1st April
  • 1st July
  • 1st October
  • 1st January

Please note that we are not able to offer these spaces for ticketed events or as a venue for sale of goods or refreshments. Additional terms and conditions apply.

If you’re a not-for-profit organisation looking to hire spaces on a regular basis, get in touch to discuss our preferential rates starting at £80 per day.
