Contemporary Chinese Works on Paper is the largest exhibition of contemporary Chinese works on paper outside of China. It explores the rich diversity of contemporary practice in Chinese drawing, printing and painting on paper in the 21st century.
Li Wang, internationally acclaimed print maker and head of water colour printmaking at the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts, will reveal the secrets of this ancient art and how it influences his own practice. His work offers a modern twist on traditional themes in Chinese art, exploring Spring Festival celebrations and other family occasions.
