We get a lot of filming requests to use the museum sites and services and we are always very happy to hear about your filming requirements.
Whether it’s a history programme, a special documentary, drama or using our collections to illustrate a programme’s content, we are happy to talk through your ideas and proposals.

We have a lot of experience with filming in our unique buildings and giving access to filming our collections. We also have a number of specialist staff who are experienced in in front of the camera if you need an interview on a particular subject.
We enjoy working with filming professionals. Every filming request is assessed on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to decline permission for filming.
